This product series has excellent adhesion to FFC, FPC, PVC, Teflon, glass, metal and other materials, and has excellent adhesion to jumper solder joints. It has the characteristics of fast drying, fast curing, low shrinkage and high strength; resistance to boiling water, no pollution; high temperature resistance, no solvent, excellent electrical insulation properties and sealing performance after curing, suitable for automatic assembly. This product is a one-component, 100% solid uv glue, no corrosion to the substrate, through SGS, RoHS environmental protection specifications. Mainly used in electronic solder joint protection, wire end reinforcement, FFC soft wire surface coating and its cable and wire fixed, BGA corner.
